Except as otherwise provided in a written agreement signed by Tyreright, these Terms of Use represent the entire understanding between you and Tyreright and your use of https://tyreright.com.au (the “Site”) and your submission of any materials to us.
Tyreright reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, update, or remove portions of these Terms of Use, so please check them from time to time as your continued use of the Site signifies your acceptance of any changed terms. If you are dissatisfied with these Terms of Use or the Policies, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue your use of the Site.

Compliance with laws

Disputes

You agree that any action at law or equity arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, the Site, and/or the services described therein shall be filed exclusively in the courts of Brisbane, Australia and you hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts. No action arising under or relating to these terms of use may be brought by either party more than one year after the cause of action has accrued.

Termination

These Terms of Use shall remain in force until terminated by Tyreright. Tyreright may terminate these Terms of Use, or suspend your access to all or part of the Site, without notice, for any conduct Tyreright, in its sole discretion, believe is disruptive or is in violation of any applicable law or these Terms of Use. In the event of any such termination, the provisions regarding disclaimers, limitations of liabilities, intellectual property rights, choice of law, and venue set forth in these Terms of Use shall survive.

Limitations on the use of automated tools

You may not use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site or Services for any purpose without our express written permission.

Electronic contracting and notices

Your affirmative act of using this Site and/or Services constitutes your electronic signature to these Terms of Use and your consent to enter into agreements with us and/or our dealers electronically. You also agree that we may send to you in electronic form any privacy or other notices, disclosures, reports, documents, communications, or other records regarding the Services (collectively, “Notices”). Newsletter Competition Terms & Conditions

General terms & conditions

  • Instructions on how to enter form part of the conditions of entry. By participating entrants agree to be bound by these conditions.
  • The promoter is Tyreright Operations Pty Ltd; ABN: 49 646 640 897  (Promoter).
  • Entry is open to anyone in Australia (Eligible Entrants) for the duration of the Terms of this promotion.
  • This competition is a recurring monthly promotion which will continue until the Promoter terminates the promotion by one month’s notice (Competition Period).
  • 5 total entrants will be drawn randomly out of the pool of submissions and classified the winners (Winner) each month during the competition period.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who the promoter believes either has tampered with the entry process or has submitted an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.

Terms

  • The Eligible Entrants submission must fulfil the Criteria to be considered a valid entry.
  • There can be no more than 5 winners per month (Winner).
  • The winners will each receive one Visa e-Gift Card valued at $200.
  • The competition is not redeemable for cash.
  • To enter the promotion a user can sign up to receive the Tyreright newsletter and remain a subscriber until the promotion period is over.
  • The contest opens on the 1st of every month during the competition period and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on the last day of the month (Promotion Period).
  • Individuals may only enter the prize draw once.
  • Any entrant who enters the competition using multiple email addresses will be disqualified.
  • Tyreright business owners, staff and subsequent employees are excluded from having the chance to be a Winner.
  • The winners will be notified via email on the second week of every month.
  • By entering this competition, entrants agree to be contacted for marketing, sales and promotional purposes.

  • An entrant could be a person who as entered following the entry. Entry options is as follows:

Prize

  • The Winners will each win 1 x Visa e-Gift Card valued at maximum $200.
  • To claim the prize the Winner will need to reply within 10 business days with an acceptance of the prize via the contact details provided in their Entry. If response is not received within 10 days business days from the date of email, the prize will be forfeited.
  • The Prize will be awarded to each Winner as a $200 Visa e-Gift Card, and will be emailed to the participants via their preferred email address.

Disclaimer

  • All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for entries not received by the promoter. Entries will be deemed void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
  • The Promoter will arrange for delivery of the prize to the Winner.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to redraw a prize in the event of an entrant failing to comply with these terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming the Prize two weeks from the date of the winner being emailed. If a prize remains unclaimed by that date, a second draw may be made.

Prize

  • If your total tyre online purchase value is less than $1000, the leftover amount will be forfeited and is not redeemable for cash.
  • If your total tyre online purchase value is more than $1000 a maximum of $1000 will be refunded.
  • To claim the prize the Winner will need to reply within 10 business days with an acceptance of the prize via the contact details provided in their Entry. If response is not received within 10 days business days from the date of email, the prize will be forfeited.
  • The Prize will be awarded to each Winner as a Tyreright refund (to maximum value of $1000 RRP) via the payment method they completed their online purchase with, which will require the Winner’s contact details to be submitted in order to process the refund.
  • The Prize will be redeemable via a refund using the same payment method as the original Tyreright online shop transaction.
